Master’s Program

The Master of Arts in Organization Development and Leadership program is an engaging and challenging experience in learning organization development and leadership with a focus on global perspectives and transformation. As designed for professional learners, the program combines instruction from accomplished scholar-practitioner instructors and hands-on, experiential learning. Using a cohort model, students will work together on a project-based curriculum with international fieldwork, supported by online modules from global faculty. The coursework is current and relevant to today’s accelerating and disruptive business environment and the critical skills for organization development, leadership and, transformation for the future of work.

Doctoral Program

Globally, organizations are experiencing accelerating levels of volatility, uncertainty, complexity, and ambiguity in operating environments. In response, the same organizations are seeking transformational leaders prepared for the future of work. The Doctor of Education in Organization Development and Leadership is positioned to educate, equip and empower students to become scholar-practitioners that fulfill this new unprecedented global demand for organizational leadership. The curriculum provides experiential learning opportunities with research and practice to develop new organizational models, nurture change and embed new systems. Student cohorts will be supported by highly skilled practitioners and global faculty that will provide instruction, coaching, and mentorship.
