A Message from Richard Kettner-Polley - Accreditation Liason Officer

Dear Prospective Colleague,

I address you as a potential colleague because, should you decide to pursue a graduate degree in Organization Development and Leadership at Global Synergy University (GSU), you and I will be working with our colleagues in the administration, faculty, and student body of GSU to make organizations more successful and better places to work.

Organization development is a young field compared to other ways of understanding organizations, such as bureaucracy, scientific management, and personnel.  We are only two academic generations removed from its most prominent founder, Kurt Lewin.  I was fortunate to know many of the scholars and practitioners who studied with Lewin, and I am happy to say that GSU is remaining true to the ideals and vision that Lewin and his students believed in and lived.

My job as Accreditation Liaison Officer is to help GSU achieve recognition as the fine institution it is becoming.  We recently received provisional approval from California’s Bureau for Private Postsecondary Education to offer Masters and Doctoral degrees in Organization Development and Leadership. 

I hope you will join us, and I look forward to working with you on this exciting new venture.
