Welcome! I see that you are contemplating starting a graduate-level program in Organization Development. Let me congratulate you on choosing to enhance your education and welcome you to consider the graduate programs in Organization Development at Global Synergy University (GSU).

As the Chair of Faculty, I assure you that you will be guided in your study by seasoned and accomplished scholar-practitioners in OD. They will help you to learn and apply the OD competencies that are required for the successful completion of the Program. They will also help you identify how any of your previous education and training (no matter where it was done) may be considered for prior learning credit (PLC). The use of PLCs will speed up the time required for you to complete your course of study at the master’s or doctoral level.
